Credits and Payments

Credits are used to process images on our platform. Free users receive a limited number of credits upon signup. Paid subscription credits reset monthly based on your plan. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your images through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of providing the upscaling service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

Service Availability

As an independent project, we strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
